Of Skiing, Hot Tubs and Other Things That Aren't Really Interesting (I'm feeling sarcastic) (And Happy)

I am sitting here on the couch in Meadowbrook (Kimberley), BC with some very sore muscles that are loudly proclaiming my new ability to ski. Down hills that make my knees tremble just looking. (My eyes are looking. Not my knees. Just sayin'. ;-)) I'm enjoying myself very much and am looking forward to learning better techniques.  And I've also learned about enjoying hot tubs, modest swimwear, understanding (future) inlaws and a very nice boyfriend. ;-)

Hope ya'll are enjoying yourselves too. I have the smell of frying fish and shrimp in my nostrils. Can it get any better?

All of those things sound very good! :)
I am so happy you got to experience skiing and hot tubs too! I love our wood fired hot tub, it is especially nice after a day of skiing. :D

Sounds like fun! All things good - well I could live without the skiing- the terror, thoughts of broken bones etc., (should have started younger or taken some lessons ;>) ) but the time with family and friends is always good.

Hot tubs are great for after the downhill skiing is over. I love ours;it's been most helpful. If all goes as planned, we will ski on Friday; can't wait!
Modest swimwear; did you buy something or make something or?

Awww... thanks for all of the comments!

Samantha, Dianne had a four piece assemble that included a top and bottom and a t-shirt and skirt. ;) It was a little miss-match but it worked and I was comfortable. :) What do you use?
